Sam Burchfield: Raised in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains of South Carolina, Sam Burchfield was brought up on Appalachian music: folk, gospel, country and southern soul. The talented and creative young songwriter draws on these roots with a deep lyrical honesty and carries the tradition of folk music forward.

On February 21st, Winter Folk presents the Elephant Collective Showcase (featuring original members of Elephant Revival) & the debut of Women of Folk: an all-star female tribute to our most cherished folk songs, backed by Bonnie and the Clydes. VIP seated tickets allow entrance into the VIP seated section in the first few rows. Weekend and full event passes are also available at www.fafcolorado.org.
Winter Folk is a 12 day music & photography showcase featuring 40 bands and multiple photographers. Proceeds benefit the Future Arts Foundation.
